With its third project, the Wilhelm Frank Foundation promotes international exchange between Roto employees.

Highlighting cultural diversity while emphasizing commonalities: This is the aim of "A Window to the World: Insights into a Global Community", the Wilhelm Frank Foundation's third project. As part of the project, the foundation is giving Roto employees around the world the opportunity to participate in a unique collection of personal stories and viewpoints. On the occasion of Roto's 90th anniversary, we would like to bring together 90 unique perspectives.

A window into the world of Roto employees

Every Roto employee who wants to take part can use a questionnaire to tell us more about their personality, everyday life and living environment. In addition, participants send in their favorite photo of themselves and a photo showing the view from their favorite window. With these pictures and stories, the project opens a window to the people behind the global Roto brand.

The content submitted will be processed by the Wilhelm Frank Foundation and compiled in a collaborative work that reflects the diversity of the Roto Group and at the same time emphasizes the commonalities that connect us all despite geographical distances. In this way, the project pays tribute to the respective cultural characteristics of the participants and at the same time emphasizes that we at Roto share common values such as respect, curiosity and openness, regardless of origin, culture and language.

A project that broadens horizons

"A Window to the World: Insights into a Global Community" offers a platform to immerse yourself in the lives of other Roto employees, gain new perspectives and be inspired - whether through the stories of colleagues or by looking out of their windows. In this way, the project strengthens the global Roto community and creates a sense of solidarity that transcends national borders.
